What these terms cover

These terms apply to the website of the National Cybersecurity Association of Ukraine. By using the site, you agree to them. The rules we follow when preparing content are on the Editorial standards page, and how we handle data is on the Privacy page.

Using our content

You may quote the text of this site if you credit NAK as the source and link to the relevant page. A quotation must be accurate and must not change the meaning: do not present your own conclusions as NAK’s.

Photographs keep their own Wikimedia Commons licences, as credited beside each image. Those licences, not this page, set the terms for each photo. NAK’s name and logo must not be used in a way that suggests NAK endorses or represents you.

This is not professional or legal advice

The material on this site is explanation and general practical guidance. It is not legal, technical or other professional advice on your situation. NAK does not examine files or remove material from platforms. In difficult cases, consult a lawyer or the competent authorities.

We aim to be accurate and we date our checks, but laws, platform rules and contact details change. Check important details against official sources before you act.

Corrections

Found an error or an out-of-date claim? Write to us through the Contact page. We correct mistakes openly and with a date, as described in the editorial standards.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its date of last review, is the one in force.

Governing law

These terms, and the use of the site, are governed by the law of Ukraine.
