Denys Tsvaig

Denys Tsvaig is President of the National Cybersecurity Association of Ukraine, a Ukrainian-Israeli technology entrepreneur, co-founder of DeHealth, 12 Elements and Black Vault, and author of the book The Third World Cyber War. His professional experience spans cybersecurity, personal data protection, blockchain, digital health and infrastructure for artificial intelligence.

As co-founder of Black Vault, Denys takes part in developing sovereign AI and energy infrastructure projects in Germany and elsewhere in Europe. According to the company, in Saxony-Anhalt these include energy infrastructure in Quedlinburg and an AI and high-performance computing campus project in Blankenburg.
