Who is responsible for your data
This site is run by the non-profit association “National Cybersecurity Association” (registry code 43452536, Kyiv). For any question about personal data, write to us through the Contact page.
When you simply read the site
- The site has no advertising trackers.
- The site sets no cookies.
- We do not ask you to register and we create no accounts.
Like any web server, the hosting provider may record technical details of a request, such as the IP address and time, to keep the site running and protected from abuse. We do not use them to identify you.
Analytics
Right now the site collects no visit analytics. We may add privacy-friendly analytics later, meaning analytics that sets no cookies and does not follow people across sites. Before that happens, we will update this page.
When you email us
When you email us, we receive only your message: the address you write from, your name if you give it, and the text. We use these only to reply to you. We do not share them with third parties and we do not sell them.
Your email reaches us through the mail service needed to deliver it. That service has no other purpose.
What not to send
NAK accepts no files and does not review evidence. Please do not email us evidence, screenshots, documents, passwords or other sensitive data. If you have been the target of fraud or a deepfake, contact the Cyber Police or CERT-UA: our guides explain how.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and, if necessary, to continue the conversation. On your request, we will delete your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to show what data of yours we hold, to correct it or to delete it. Write to us through the Contact page, say which address you wrote from earlier and what exactly you are asking for. We will respond to your request.
The law we work under
Personal data processing is governed by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” 1. For visitors from European Union countries, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2 also applies in certain cases, including the right to erasure 3. We handle such requests the same way wherever you write from.
Changes to this page
If the way the site handles data changes, we will update this page first. The date of the last review is shown on the page.
